Nikole has over 8 years of experience editing science documents. She has developed, formatted, and edited a variety of documents, including policies, procedures, regulatory compliance reports, guidance documents, division standards, technical reports, fact sheets, analyses, and hydrorelicensing documents. At PSC, Nikole continues to write, format, and edit documents, as well as take meeting minutes and develop business relationships. As a lead project manager, she assigns projects to writer/editors, manages daily workflow, monitors ongoing projects, and provides quality assurance/control on every project. |

and template design. She has attended and documented meetings regarding endangered species, recreation on public land, and
environmental compliance of hydropower companies.
